Nana to Stacey, Grace & Ben, Great Nana to Charlie & Alfie. Funeral service to be held at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium (Small Chapel) on Tuesday 17th June at 3.00pm. No flowers please, however donations may be left after the service for The Queens Oncology Unit, Castle Hill Hospital. A box will be provided in the Chapel.
